Van Oranje Available for Free Download on King's Day

In a momentous occasion marking the bicentennial celebration of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the illustrious Ridderzaal witnessed the premiere of Van Oranje, a stirring composition commissioned by the National Committee.

The composition, which was commissioned by the National Committee, was part of a competition for (brass) bands, fanfares, (symphony) orchestras, carillons, and barrel organs during the celebration. This competition was won by the Frysk Youth Orchestra, entitling them to perform the piece during the closing party in 2015 at the Royal Theater Carré.
